Many people are not familiar with the Farwell Building, since it is only eight stories tall and tucked away in Capitol Park. But, urban explorers all knew it because of its most unique feature: an atrium with roof skylight that ran down to the lobby. Built in 1915, closed in 1984. The good news is the building has been fully restored as apartments and businesses on the first and second floors.
